Carnival Car Boot Booking

For 2023 the Pelsall Carnival will be allowing pre-booking of Car Boot Sale pitches for carnival day the 8th of July 2023. This pre-sale will end when on the 30th of June, or sooner if all 150 pitches are taken before then.

Your eTicket will be emailed after payment to your PayPal email address.

Pitches for a single car (3×3 meters with room for one car to park behind) will be £10 if booked in advance.
Pitches for a single van (9×3 meters, again with room for one vehicle to park behind) will be £30 if booked in advance.

Any unsold pitches may be available on the day will be priced as above plus an additional £5 surcharge.

The position of your pitch on the site will be determined on the day – you can not pre-book a specific location.

Entrance to the site will be between 5am and 9am only on Saturday the 8th of July, and you should bring a copy of your eTicket with you.

Entrance to the site is subject to acceptance of our policies.
Pelsall Carnival reserve the right to remove any trader or Private individual stall holder, for breach of the Car Boot rules and regulations, Volent or abusive behaviour, using foul or offensive language, breaching health and safety rules, found to be committing fraudulent transactions, or money laundering, selling unsafe or counterfeit goods or in breach of Council regulations.

The following Rules apply:
No Counterfeit or unsafe Goods to be sold.
Second hand electrical goods must not be sold without a valid PAT test certificate.
Purchasers of new electrical good to be provided with seller information for consumer warranty claims.
The selling of livestock, wildlife or other animals is prohibited.
The sale of any form of weapon or knives is prohibited.
The sale of Alcohol is prohibited
Stall Holders must hold on to and display their permit or payment receipt
Stall Holders MUST remove all unsold items from site and dispose of any litter / rubbish in the skip provided. Any stallholder found to have left litter in their pitch on the common, will be issued a penalty charge notice and could face prosecution from Walsall MBC.

There will be no refunds on pre-booked tickets.
